Cities, county issue resolutions in honor of League's 90th

To salute the 90th anniversary of the founding of the League of Women Voters, the Franklin County Commission and six area city councils proclaimed May 13 "Making Democracy Work" Day across central Ohio.
The day was chosen to coincide with the League's Democracy In Action celebration of Terry and David McCoy.
Resolutions were delivered by:
- Franklin County Commission, May 11;
- Columbus City Council, Apr. 19;
- Bexley City Council, May 11;
- Gahanna City Council, May 3;
- Pickerington City Council, May 4;
- Westerville City Council, May 4; and
- Worthington City Council, May 10.
