Dirty Frank's to donate proceeds from Mar. 12 sales to League
Friday, Mar. 9, 2012
The League is thrilled to partner with Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace as the Columbus restaurant donates 10 percent of all sales on Monday, March 12 as part of its Community Partner Day fundraiser.
The restaurant, located at 248 South Fourth Street (between Main and Rich), offers a menu of hot dogs and related fare, including vegetarian dogs, as well as a full drink menu. The restaurant is naming its custom cocktail for the day -- root beer and whiskey -- "Dirty Frances" in honor of the League and will donate $1 of every $4 drink purchased.
Open for lunch and dinner, from 11am until 2am, the restaurant is owned by Elizabeth Lessner and is part of the Columbus Food League, which promotes Community Partner Days supporting local nonprofits.
The League salutes Dirty Frank's -- and encourages all members to patronize the business on Monday.
